ROH ON HONOR CLUB returns on Thursday night with another loaded night of professional wrestling action! With ROH Women's World Athena and her Minion in Training Billie Starkz taking on Diamante and Mercedes Martinez in a Tornado Tag Team bout, Ring of Honor this Thursday is going to be a wild ride! But that's not all, Dalton Castle will be back in singles action when he takes on The Workhorsemen's Anthony Henry, The Infantry will battle The Hughes Brothers, and with the ROH World Championship on his mind, Angelico will take on Metalik!
The action begins at 7pm ET/6pm CT exclusively on Honor Club(www.watchroh.com), the home for more than 20 years of of ROH's history featuring Samoa Joe, Bryan Danielson, Jay Lethal, Jay Briscoe, Adam Cole, Dalton Castle, and so many other greats who've held the ROH World Championship since its inception at 2002' s CROWNING A CHAMPION event!

Issues between “The Fallen Goddess” Athena, Diamante, and Mercedes Martinez date back to FINAL BATTLE 2022 when the current ROH Women's World Champion defeated Martinez to claim the title, and carry to the record-setting reign she now enjoys. Since that night Athena has becoming the longest reigning and most successful competitor to hold that championship, and even attempted to offer Diamante some advice after their championship fight back on August 3rd.
Well Diamante certainly took that advice to heart when she allied with Mercedes Martinez to begin a campaign against Athena and any individuals around her, specifically “Minion In Training” Billie Starkz, and two weeks ago on ROH it was Starkz and Athena who got left laying. There was a bit of vengeance claimed when Billie Starkz beat Diamante in their singles match last week, but that quickly erupted into violence as soon as the bell rang, with chairs being swung, fists being thrown, and the message quite clearly being that this fight was not done.
Thankfully the four women don't have to wait long because this Thursday night on Honor Club, in the first Women's Tornado Tag in ROH history, Athena and Billie Starkz will collide with Diamante and Merecedes Martinez! This one is going to be violent...
THREE WAY TAG...
Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun & Toa Liona w/ Prince Nana) vs. Griff Garrison & Cole Karter (w/ Maria Kanellis-Bennett) vs. Iron Savages (Boulder & Bronson w/ Jacked Jameson)
A week ago Gates of Agony, two men in pursuit of the ROH World Tag Team Champion held by MJF and, technically, Adam Cole defeated The Workhorsemen and the team of Darius Martin and Action Andretti in a Three Way Tag. Not only did Prince Nana's monsters defeat those two teams, but they did so in just four minutes time! That's quite an impressive victory from Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona, one that is hopefully recognized by MJF (although his hands are quite full as AEW World Champion), as The Mogul Embassy sets their sights on the champion flying solo.
But they aren't the only team with championship aspirations, we already heard MJF say he would fight The Gunns at FULL GEAR 2023 (https://www.allelitewrestling.com/aew-event/aew-full-gear-2023) in addition to taking on Jay White, but on ROH there are also plenty of teams jockeying for contention. This week two more teams will clash with Gates of Agony in an attempt to assert dominance over the division; one team, led to the ring by Maria Kanellis-Bennett, is Cole Karter and Griff Garrison while the other, accompanied by Jacked Jameson, is The Iron Savages of Bronson and Boulder!
Can Prince Nana's duo smash their way through these two teams with the expediency they did a week ago? Or will one of the other teams rise up to the challenge of taking down the most powerful team in Ring of Honor?
